All shipments are sent to the PayPal address provided when checking out. Due to PayPal's policy we cannot ship to an alternate address. You can enter an alternate address in PayPal before you complete your purchase.

Return is accepted for 30 days after item delivery.

100% money-back is guaranteed for the returns due to material defects. For the returns by the other reasons than material defects, a partial refund will be given, and Restocking fee will be applied to cover our initial shipping and handling fees to ship this order to the customer, and the separate shipping fee collected from customer will not be returned. Free shipping to the customer only applies to the order that the customer keeps and not returned. Any returns or missing items due to buyer’s refusal of the shipment, pickup delays or incorrect shipping address will not be accepted for refund.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s account except the case of material defects, and all returns must come with the original product case/bag and invoice.
