HP Scanjet 5590 Digital Flatbed USB Scanner + ADF + Cable + Power Adapter - TESTED.  Excellent working condition - fully tested scanning in black/white and color, from ADF and flatbed glass, and single/double-sided scanning.  Excellent cosmetic condition - just some minor scuffs on the underside.  Comes with USB cable and original HP power adapter.  Does not come with any software, but the HP drivers can be easily downloaded from HP's website, and many free scanning utilities can also be found on the web, including Paperscan Free Edition - which I used to test all the scanning functions.  See the website here:
