TORO Greek Moussaka is based on the national dish of Greek cuisine and is perfect for the whole family. TORO Greek Moussaka comes with a sauce mix for minced meat and white sauce as well as potato slices. Serve with a Greek salad with feta cheese and olives. Easy to like, easy to make.

Preparation:
1. - Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F (top and bottom heat).
2. - Brown 400 g minced meat (beef or lamb) in a pot or large frying pan. Remove the pan from the heat. Empty the bag marked "Kjøttsaus" and mix well. Pour in 3.5 dl water while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
3. - Empty the contents of the bag marked "Potetskiver i lys saus" in a saucepan. Add 5.5 dl milk and cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
4. - Pour the meat sauce into a shallow ovenproof dish that holds approx. 1.5 liters (20X25 cm). Distribute the potato slices in light sauce over the meat sauce. Sprinkle with approx. 100 g cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 25 minutes at 180°C / 356°F. Replace 0.5 dl of water with milk or cream for a milder flavor. For more flavor, season with a little ground cinnamon, garlic, and oregano.
