I don't really know that these are used for.
The going price in Digi-Key, Mouser and other places seems to be $12~$13 apiece so at $10 each i am
under their price. I currently have 50 pieces in the original box. Make an offer!!!
Each part consists of three pieces. The end pieces screw together to entrap the central cylindrical wire.
There are rubber gaskets on the end (brass?) pieces to ensure a good seal.
Total length when screwed together (i.e., length of the central wire) ~6.665"
Length of central (brass?) pieces when screwed together ~2.4"
Diameter of middle Hexagonal "nut" (flat-to-flat) ~1.127"
Diameter of end Hexagonal "nuts" (flat-to-flat) ~0.75"
Length or outer screw threads ~0.25"
Wire diameter ~0.071" on the ends and ~0.11" in the middle.
Will ship in a USPS padded envelope or 1st class priority Flat Rate bubble envelope or Small/Medium/Large size Flat Rate box (or UPS, FEDEX) depending on the quantity.
