Shipping

All of our products are shipped via USPS/FedEx/DHL.

All shipments include a tracking number, signature, and insurance.

The signature requirement is mandatory for items above $350.

Watch orders take 3-5 days of handling time and ship Fedex prior overnight with (Excluding weekends)

International Buyers - Please contact us to determine whether we ship to your country prior to purchasing or bidding.

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses!

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, an exchange or refund will be available within 14 days.

The buyer pays the return shipping charge. Refund will be denied if

(1) The watch is worn (2) Removed links (3) Negligent use of the timepiece (4) Interacting with Internal Mechanisms.

Return Instructions: Select “Return this item”, then select “ I don’t need it anymore”

The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the returned item.
