Shipping - Continental United States

• Orders ship within 3 business days of receiving verified payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

• Free shipping (if offered) applies only to the continental U.S., and the most economical shipping method will be selected.

• We ship only to eBay-confirmed addresses and will not forward items to alternate addresses.

• Delivery times vary based on destination and other factors.

• Expedited shipping is available upon request and incurs additional costs to the buyer.

• If the buyer requests expedited shipping additional charges will be incurred to the buyer.

• Items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. 

Note: If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its original packaging.

Shipping - International Buyers 

• International shipping is available through the eBay International Shipping Program.

• The buyer covers any additional shipping fees.

• Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns Due to Undocumented Defects 

(Not applicable for items listed as "Parts" or "Not Working")

• Buyers acknowledge all documented flaws in the listing and are not eligible for refunds based on these.

• If undisclosed defects are discovered, the buyer must report them within 3 business days of receipt. Returns must be initiated within 7 business days.

• Proof of defects is required before the return process begins.

• For verified undocumented defects, we will cover return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. 

• Upon receipt, defects will be verified, and refunds will be processed within 7 days. 

Note: Serial numbers are recorded to ensure returned items match the original.

30-Day Returns

(Not applicable for items listed as "Parts" or "Not Working")

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to discretionary returns (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind). Original shipping costs (even for "free shipping") will be deducted from refunds.

• Returned items must include all packaging, accessories, and documents in original condition.

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss during return transit. Use a traceable shipping method to ensure delivery.

Computer Software / Video Games 

• Discs are tested and guaranteed to be free of file errors unless otherwise stated.

• Disc cases may show wear or damage, as detailed in the listing photos.

• Compatibility is not guaranteed for older software on newer operating systems; consult resources like PCGamingWiki for assistance.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their hardware and operating systems.
