The Carolina Panthers no longer issue hard tickets to season ticket holders
Buyer agrees to receive tickets via email
A refund WILL be issued for a cancelled game
A refund will NOT be issued for:
Change of game date or time
Postponement (game is not played but given a date of TBA to be made up)
Any other reason
