Customer Service:
Messages will be replied to from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Items are shipped by our shipper before 10 a.m. (EST) Please note that items purchased after 10 a.m. EST will most likely be shipped the following business day.
Items are shipped MONDAY through FRIDAY (pending it is not a Federal Holiday, or our Store Vacation Settings are on)

· Please feel free to check our feedback thoroughly for extra proof that we provide an excellent service and authentic products.
SHIPPING
· All basic shipping and tracking information is provided within the United States and APO’s
(USPS priority mail, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS first class mail)
· USPS Express shipping(1-2 business days) is available upon request and is an extra $25 dollars.
· Items will be shipped ONLY to the address provided by you through PayPal during payment, we DO NOT and CAN NOT make adjustments to an address once it has been received. Please make sure the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and correct.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
· Returns are welcomed if wrong item, color, or size is sent.
· Return – In the case of a return the buyer must pay return shipping charges and refund will not be issued until we receive the return to confirm the condition of the item
• NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM'S TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED or if the item is NO LONGER IN NEW CONDITION (i.e. has been worn)
• NO TAGS = NO REFUND
INSURANCE/SIGNATURE REQUIRED/PACKAGE SECURITY ISSUES
· Our store is not liable for any packages once they are deemed delivered by our shipping services tracking system (tracking is available for EVERY item so make sure to keep up to date with the tracking to ensure you receive the package).
TRACKING
· Tracking is sent via email by Paypal once your package has been prepared for shipping (if you can not locate this email please check your spam folder).
· Tracking can also be located in your eBay purchase history connected to our transaction and also in the details of the PayPal transaction.
· Please allow proper time for the tracking information to begin working, this can sometimes take up to 24-48 hours after you receive your tracking number
HOLDS/TRADES/OFFERS
· We DO NOT hold any of our products under any circumstances. We sell all of our products on a first come first serve basis.
