About the shoes:  All of boots and shoes in my store are 100% Authentic! Please check my feedbacks if you have any doubts. They were all selected and purchased in regular high end stores in USA and Canada (Saks, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, ...), the same way you would!  Basically, simply consider me as your dedicated personal shopper !!!

About the seller:  For over 10 years I have been in buying and selling items for the benefit of all my client. I started small with selling on well known sites like on "Craigslist" and "Kijiji" to build my store, then moved to larger platform lke Ebay to help more people.  At least twice a year, I travel across North America to find the best deals for new and regular clients in all high end brands I can find.

About shipping:  I only ship to USA and Canada. Fees displayed are based on normal tracked shipping + insurance.  (NB: the shipping quotes I list are below the true amount I pay - so I make no profit in shipping). If you have questions about shipping (faster service or anything else), please forward them to me before commiting to purchase the item.  

About returns: There are no returns.  Reason is simple:  this store is only a hobby - I am not a business so I cannot expense losses - and since most prices of my auctions are at near cost already returns would drive me out of ebay.  If you have any size/fit questions, again, please email me before commiting to purchase the item.

About taxes:  Be aware Ebay/Paypal now collect your local sales taxes when accepting your payment. I have no control on this part of the transaction. Please contact eBay directly if you have any questions about this particular subject.

About duty: Please be aware import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
