Canada Scott 94 20c Brown Lilac Edward VII Issue M/NH and in a F/VF state.  Although it is V/VF, the perfs are clear of the design.

RETURNS: I will sadly accept return for any reason of any item in this listing within 14 days after receipt for a refund of the original purchase price.  I will not refund postage and handling unless I screwed up in the listing or description...then, I will apologize on bent knee and gladly refund the original S&H plus the return S&H.

I will ship to Canada via eBay International Standard Delivery at the cost determined by eBay.  An alternative would be that I have lots of global forever stamps that I can use at a cost of $5.00 shipping and handling.  The buyer is still responsible for any charges that may be levied, buyer agrees to not hold me responsible for any losses or damages, and there will be no tracking provided.  If the buyer wishes any other method of shipping, the cost will be whatever that service is charging and ask that the buyer notify me of the way to ship it and ask that the buyer pay the price of shipping when the stamp or item is paid for.  I will take care of the supplies.
