Any type of computer accessories does not come with any warranty.

This does not cover the product where the fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subjecting to unauthorized modifications or alterations or has been the subject of commercial use.

In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us.

This warranty is only for CPU/TFT Hardware, software installed by a buyer is not covered.

Keyboard Mouse and all cables are not covered by warranty.

Our covers repair of the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement.

Any items with an operating system may have not had all the drivers installed, the buyer may need to install a few drivers via the internet if any are missing.

All our machines with an operating system are ready to plug n play to use the internet.

All our items are security marked; the warranty will be VOID in the event of security marks being removed.

All warranties are subject to Return to base Warranty, postage to be paid by buyer.
