This Safeguard urn vault offers secure and safe protection of a cremation urn that is intended for ground burial. Many cemeteries require the use of an urn vault to protect the urn inside from the elements as well as from possible damage from heavy cemetery equipment. It is made of durable Injection Molded ABS that is impervious to moisture and withstands heavy top load pressure of 4,300 psi. A water-tight adhesive is included to seal the lid and the base together once the cremation urn has been placed inside. This Safeguard urn vault is meant to hold a single urn for ashes made of any material. Urn vaults are only needed if you are doing a ground burial and great for protecting wood, glass and ceramic urns from ground leakage and breakage. This urn vault is available in 3 colors, white, gray, and navy blue. The interior of the urn vault measures 14.75” L x 10.75”W x 6.87”H. Inside dimensions to the top of the dome measure 9.25"H. The Exterior measures 16.25”L x 12.25”W x 9.75"H providing ample room for one adult cremation urn and any mementos you would like to include with the urn.
