An English brass, cane and bamboo foldable walking stick, shooting, golf, cricket or polo tournament seat c.1837 to 1900.

This is an absolutely stunning and rare stick in good condition for its age and use with some minor marks and tarnished to the metal underside

This practical and functional  foldable seat could be brought by the sitter to comfortably watch a game, such as cricket or polo. Or accompany your ramble or shoot. It also makes an elegant accessory for any Classic car.

The top is foldable and made from finely woven cane, the body of the stick is made from bamboo with brass details. Etched onto both sides of the metal work of the seat is B_tf S.G.D.G.
