Vintage Hard Rubber Medium Chamber Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece. The only marking I could find is the tip opening "3*" and tip opening measures .067. Looks to be a Babbitt product, but I don't know that for certain. Medium chamber. Light discoloration but good playing condition.
