There’s nothing like the sound of a deep rumble coming from a classic muscle car or pickup truck. The exhaust note often is a make or break deal for enthusiasts, some of which can actually tell what engine is under the hood just by the exhaust. For those that want to “uncork” their exhaust from time to time, be it at the track or for some sort of “sound off” at the local cruise night, the options available usually mean cutting into your exhaust system to place an exhaust cutout of some sort. This custom exhaust work means visiting an exhaust shop and the labor to build these exhaust dumps into your existing exhaust system. We’ve made the whole process so much easier by simply incorporating the cut outs for exhaust directly into our steel baffled muffler with cutout.

Our baffled mufflers are a great value. They are made from .0600-inch thick mild steel (16 gauge), fully welded, and painted with a high-temp black finish. Our mufflers provide a long service life with a deep tone that does not change with age like other mufflers with sound absorption materials that rust or burn out. However, adding a built in industry standard 3-bolt header-style flange to the muffler case makes them an even better deal. Simply replace your existing mufflers with our baffled mufflers with cutouts and you have a built in 3-inch dump flange with 3-bolt block off plate ready to go. Simply add a 3-inch Bolt-On Exhaust Turn Down or combine it with a matching 3-inch Electric Exhaust Cutout Valve to our mufflers with cutouts for the utmost in convenience right from your interior’s console or dash. You can even add Remote Control Electric Exhaust Cutout Kit to your electric cutouts to really wow the crowds at your favorite car events.

Sold individually, each cut out muffler includes a dump flange block off plate, block off plate gasket, and zinc plated 3/8-inch block off plate attaching hardware.
