Now Available: Complete Turbocharger Rebuild Kit with MAMBA MK4 Heavy-Duty Thrust Bearing System for Mitsubishi TD05 and TD06 Series Turbochargers (Forward Rotation with Super Back Wheel Compatibility).

This advanced thrust bearing system incorporates an additional oil feed channel directed to the center of the bearing assembly, substantially enhancing lubrication to the enlarged thrust surface while significantly improving cooling performance.

The MAMBA MK4 heavy-duty thrust bearing is precisely engineered with dual oil passages that independently supply lubrication to both the compressor and turbine sides. This design allows the turbocharger to sustain higher boost levels while delivering superior lubrication and thermal stability, resulting in enhanced durability and reliability under high-stress, extreme-performance conditions.

To accommodate the increased axial loads typically encountered in performance applications, the thrust collar and spacer have been enlarged in diameter. This design distributes the load across a wider surface area, reducing localized stress and extending the service life of the thrust components.

Replace and upgrade Mitsubishi repair kit #: 49178-81100, 49178-81210.
Fits super wheel type: 12G, 14G, 16G, 18G, 20G, 20HF1T, 22T and 152G.
Fits Trust/Greddy TD05, TD06, T517Z, T518Z, T618Z and T620Z.
Fits Mitsubishi 4G63T Lancer EVO 1~3 and 4B11T EVO X TD05H Turbo.

Please verify the rotation direction of your turbocharger (forward or reverse rotation) and confirm whether your compressor wheel is a super back or flat back design before placing an order.
This kit is not compatible with flat back compressor wheels such as 10A, 11A, 12A, 17A, 12B, 14B, 13C, 17C and 19C.

One year limited warranty.
