Condition: In Very Good++ condition, with a strong spine showing no cracking or splitting, strong hinges showing no separation or starting, and no annotations, foxing, or mold. Outer covers show rubbing and edge-wear: light age-tanning/dust-soiling to the outer covers; light rubbing/bumping to the corners and edges (see Images 1, 8 & 9); small nick in the cloth along the top edge of the front board just left of center (see Image 1); wear to the cloth at the foot and crown of spine, but no loss or tearing (see Image 9); older bookseller's sticker on the front pastedown & title page (see Images 2 & 3); slight rightward lean to the front board, but no compromising of the spine; 1.5" closed tear along the center-fold of illustrated fold-out (see Image 5).
