This small painting measures 6 1/2" by 10" and is in it's original metal frame with overall framed measurements of 15 1/4" by 18 1/4".

Signed on back of framing and entitled by the artist and signed and entitled "sidewalk" again on back of work.

This framed painting has been well cared for and is in very, very good vintage condition.

There was a small crack in the glass so shipped without glass but ready to hang.

Fred Parker is an institution unto himself in Santa Barbara and this early piece by him is rare.
