Offered for your consideration is a Victorian Medallion couch settee and side chair. These items have been our home for more than 25 years. The settee offers  classic opulent upholstered medallion back with sweeping rolled shoulders framed in a carved arched walnut frame. At the top of the center fabric medallion is a carved grape leaf  flared with two walnut burr applicas.  The beautiful fabric is in perfect condition. Chosen fabric is a satin & chenille textural brocade. The color is coppered-peach background with wheat-tone chenille branch motif. The settee suitable for two to three people. The smaller matching side chair embraces similar artistic features found in the settee. This is a factory made item probably in the 1890s to 1910. The walnut frame is study without separation or checking on both pieces. See pics for detailed inspection.
