The RG Prestige is made with an abundance of special Jacaranda.
-Rosewood is called Jacaranda and has been highly acclaimed as a wood material for electric guitars.
The amount of wood stored in Japan is very limited, so it is rare to see it, and there are few opportunities to learn about its acoustic properties, which looks mythical.
The RG3070BR and RG3021BR are limited models that feature this rare -Rosewood material on the headstock, fingerboard, and body top.
Using wood materials that we came across by chance during the process of selecting materials for custom models, we have created the Prestige series, which embodies the precision of Japanese craftsmanship, as an RG model that can be said to be the face of Ibanez.
In addition to its rarity due to the limited amount stored in Japan, it will be a one-of-a-kind limited edition RG model that will never be reproduced with the same specifications due to the use of regulated materials:
