Battery charger and Battery was missing .

Battery charger and Battery was missing .
It may be power on and pass self-test when it was connected with a 12V DC power supply.
There are some useless  background on the Right  upper and Right  lower corner  on the LCD.
We could not do any other testing for it .

It will be sold for parts and not working condition .

No any warranty and no return
