- The material is grade 5 Titanium, most widely used high strength titanium alloy. Ti-6Al-4V also sometimes called TC4, Ti64 or ASTM (Titanium with 6% Aluminium and 4% Vanadium) It has excellent corrosion resistance to salt water, marine atmospheres and a variety of corrosive media temperatures below 300 ° C.

- When using these bolts with split wheel rims do NOT apply anti-seize grease; apply a thread locking solution recommended by the wheel manufacturer on the threads before assembly.
- Tightening torque for a Titanium M7x1 fastener ~ Check particular torque specifications for your application.
- Tip: Steel bolts with an 8.8 rating can be replaced with Gr5 Titanium versions, while bolts with a 10.9 rating can potentially be replaced with Gr5 Titanium versions depending on the intended use!
