The book is clean and appears unused.

Includes the foldout map - there are no tears in the map, but it is very worn along one of the creases (pic 12)

All of these module cover folders have varying degrees of wear. Some look new, some have a little wear and others look like they've been opened many times. I am not a professional seller or grader, though, so please look at all of the pics in the listing.
