The Akios Radical Team of anglers often travel the world in pursuit of big fish and asked us to look at producing a rod for fishing from the shoreline or boat but not too long with the capability of throwing big baits or big lures and having the power to retrieve from very deep water loaded with big Fish! We sent prototypes to Norway and built on the back of this very
different model. A Four Piece Travel rod which has a soft tip with a casting range of 50-160g allows the working of big hard baits or soft baits and jig heads and feeling bouncing the lure in the depths but still has that raw power to pump the fish from the depths.
