Should your item arrive “unfixable”, all I ask is you immediately send me a picture and return all the material to me. Once I receive, I will issue you a full refund including the additional cost of posting back to me. Please do not buy if this is not something you are prepared to do. The wood and rock I use are beautiful pieces and are not cheap to buy. So sorry to add this bit to the listing but it is part of the sale agreement I’m afraid.
