of “Edison Primary Batteries, Incorporated” to issue shares of corporate stock.

glass containers at mentioned company.

- Edison Storage Battery Co, NJ (organized May 27, 1901 - June 30, 1927). The company
sold Edison’s alkaline storage batteries. This company became a division of
Thomas A Edison, Inc. The Primary Batteries company was probably organized to
sell the Edison Type S Primary Battery, the new alkaline battery in white
porcelain case which was produced 1919-1927.
