An interesting antique pocket watch without any makers marks; however I believe that the 'A-R' on the balance wheel stand for 'avance-retard', making it a French watch. The minute and second hand are missing, and the dial crystal is cracked. The brass case is in good condition and the mechanism is in excellent condition; it winds and ticks for extended periods. The watch measures 47mm diameter.
