We ship daily on weekdays, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays), with one-day handling, from northern Virginia, United States. All packages are sent by the United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. We support our mailcarriers! All packages are sent with tracking. Any purchase above $299 will be sent with Signature Confirmation Required at our expense. 

We are not a retail store, do not have a warehouse or staff.
