This magazine is Volume 1 Issue 1.  There are a couple of small tears top left and bottom left on the cover, bottom on spine, and top left on the back.  Top right cover and first two pages were likely folded a some point and broke off clean. Spine is intact.  No writing on the pages, no folds or tears on the pages.  They have yellowed a bit after 65 years.  Do to age, I believe pages will be somewhat fragile.
