- Order will be dispatched within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) via Royal Mail 48hrs / 2nd class. Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days for standard service, sometimes even longer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, as unfortunately it is not in our hand.
- We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. Royal Mail requires 10 days from the date of dispatch to confirm the state of the postage.
