• You are buying a cd or vinyl in brand new/mint condition. It is unopened with plastic wrap unless noted below. 
• Please look the pictures before buying.  They are of the actual item that will be shipped (with the exception being if we are selling more than one of the item in the same condition-they will be very similar.)  
• We do our best to give accurate and truthful information in the description of the items for sale. 
• If purchasing a compact disc, sometimes during delivery cases break because the plastic is very brittle.  We ship them in bubble wrap envelopes but they still manage to break if they are stepped on or dropped by the delivery service. We apologize if you receive a broken case.  
• Some cases may be cracked or broken even before shipping so we ask you to carefully look at the photos. Thank you very much for your understanding. 
• If you feel the item you purchased was not described correctly, please contact us before you leave a feedback. We will correct the situation to your satisfaction.

Multiple purchase discount: if you purchase more than 1 item that I can ship together, you can receive a discount of $3 for each additional item.  You can choose to request an invoice before you pay or request a refund for the discount if you have already paid!
