- Carries two bikes, up to 60 lb; 2” variant is expandable to 3 bikes up to 45 lb. each, with Add-On (available from Rocky Mounts)

- We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time.
3. Shipping Carriers
- We use FedEx and USPS for all our shipments, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
4. Restricted Items
- Please note that exhaust pipes and tuners cannot be shipped to California due to state regulations.
5. Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
6. Orders Over $500
- All orders valued over $500 will require a signature for delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.
Return Policy
At Sideways Sports Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
2. Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, except in cases where the return is due to a factory defect or error on our part.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us through eBay to obtain an RMA.
Provide your order number, product SKU, and the reason for the return.
We will respond within 24-48 hours with your RMA and instructions on how to proceed.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
