CONDITION: This antique book is in very good condition, as evidenced by the photos. The covers are in very good-plus condition with very light age-expected wear. The inside covers are in very good condition, with no cracking or separation present at the hinges. The only markings present is the original owner's signature on the front inside cover with the date April 1924. The pages are in very good to very good-plus condition. The pages are crisp. There is no foxing or writing on the pages. All pages are tight to the binding. The spine is in very good condition with light shelf wear, the lettering is easily read.
