Deck Theme/playstyle - This deck centers on a lifegain strategy that turns gaining life into a powerful engine for control and pressure. Liesa increases the cost of spells for all players through life payments, but this deck is designed to offset that cost and use it to its advantage. It includes a variety of effects that trigger whenever life is gained, creating value through board development, card advantage, or opponent disruption. The deck steadily builds momentum by draining opponents and restoring its own life total, enabling sustained pressure. Creature-based lifegain synergies are supported by control elements and recursion to maintain board presence. Victory often comes through a combination of incremental drain effects and durable, evasive threats that swing the life total gap wide open.
