Returns

Please note the listings return policy above. Most electronics and other Items we sell can be returned within 30 days. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent out in. Once we receive the item we will inspect it to ensure it is the same item we sent out and that it is in the same condition it was sent out in and fully functional. If the item meets these requirements a refund will be issued within 24 hours. If the item is received in worse condition than it was sent out in we may not refund the entire amount. Items shipped in new condition that are returned opened will be refunded 75% of the purchase price.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct part! Parts returned because they are incorrect will be refunded 75% of the purchase price.

Some of our items are sold as-is. We mostly sell items "AS-IS" if they are brand new, damaged, untested, or are simple products without many moving parts. All items sold as is are non returnable. Please be sure to check if returns are offered before your purchase, if returns are not offered the returns section of the Ebay listing will say "seller does not offer returns".

We process most orders the same day or in one business day at latest. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders valued over $125 will require signature, please plan accordingly.
