1 You must return the original item, in its original packaging, unworn, unused with no rips, smells or stains this includes human hair

2 When you wish to return our item, please put in the reason for the return, if you are falsely claiming a return was not as described. we will report this to our platform provider to ensure you are barred to try and gain a free return

3 All items are as described, the colours and sizes may look different on a picture to real life, this is something you have to consider.
