Please review the photos for condition. The alcove deck has wear from previous owner. I circled spots where it could be hard to find. There was also a label tapped on top of the box that I've since removed and you may still see residue or markings from the tape applied. Although the box was used the playmat is very much new and has not been removed from the box.
