APPLICATION　

The automatic welding machine is designed to weld hot-melt materials. The automatic welding machine can weld PVC, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVDF, PVB, EVA, Pp plastic materials that can be hot melted.It is equipped with temperature feedback sensor. The sensor can always monitoring the temperature of the outlet to keep a constant temperature. It uses advanced PID control technology, and adjust the power to make the temperature more constant automatically, the fluctuation is within 1 degree. This function can make the welding result stronger. This machine is more suitable to fast weld oflarge material.

PREPARATION BEFORE USING THE MACHINE

1. You should adjust the temperature and speed according to the thickness of fabric.
2. Fix the fabric on the smooth ground to make sure the best welding result.

OPERATION

1.First, make the fabric smooth and tight.
2.Set'Speed': connect the power, turn on power switch, turn the function knob to adjust the speed.
3.'SV'(setting temperature): Set the required temperature for welding by turning left or right. In general, the temperature is about above 550°C.
4.Start Welding: After setting, the machine starts to heat up. Wait for a while, when 'PV'and 'SV' stay the same, then start welding.
5.Welding positioning. Lap welding pressure (welding wheels) wheel edge must be aligned with the upper edge of the fabric, but also aligned with the guide wheel on the side edge.
6.Lifting the landing gear, making the working wheels on ground.
7.Put nozzle between two fabric, then start welding.
8.During welding, let hot air nozzle between two overlap layers, make sure the nozzle and the rubber wheel walk in straight line. Ifnot, please adjust by handrail.
9.During welding, if the material is scorched, the speed needs to be increased a little bit to avoid melting the material. Ifthe welding is not strong, the temperature needs to be increased. Note: The speed cannot be adjusted quickly, otherwise the machine speed is too fast and cannot go straight, it may not be able to weld or damage the material or cause panic to the operator.
10.After welding, turn the hot air gun to ensure it completely separate from the material, and then turn off the heating function through the function knob. It is forbidden to unplug the power plug or turn offthe power immediately, otherwise it will damage the machine.
11.Power OFF. Note: before cut off the power, please wait until'PV'below 50°C then we can cut off the power, or it would be damage heat system.

General Safety Instructions

Warning: please follow the basic safety precautions to avoid fire hazards and personal electric shock injury, when using the machine . The following items also need to be taken seriously. Please read it carefully before starting the machine.
1. Please always keep the work site clean and tidy, and the messy work space will bring unnecessary trouble.
2. Please carefully choose the working environment. Do not use the machine in wet places.The ventilation conditions must be good. Don't use it in rainy day, the workplace should be dry, flat and safety of fire.
3. The machine should have technical person to operate, it is forbid that someone use it without specific knowledge. Strictly prohibited without permission disassemble, you should be responsible the result yourself.
4. When starting up, make sure the ground wire is connected. The power cord of the machine work site needs to be protected by switches and other various circuits. After daily work, be sure to turn off the power switch (before turning off the power switch, please check whether the machine air gun temperature drops below 50 °C or not).
5. When servicing the machine or replacing components, please shut down and power off first.
6. When disassembling or replacing components, please use the correct standard tools or the company's recommended tools.
7. for personal safety and machine life, can not exceed the use of the machine.
8. If a special situation occurs, please stop the machine to walk, turn off the heating, and wait for the machine to cool down and then remove the fault. It is forbidden to handle the special case by abnormal operating procedures.
9. If the machine is operated on the ground, the cleanliness and dust of the site must be strictly controlled. If the suction filter of the heater is blocked by dust or foreign matter, the air volume of the air gun will be reduced, and Heat accumulation leads to burnout of heating core.

Attention

In order to protect heat element, we add automatic dormancy function, it means if not using welder over 10 minutes, machine would be enter dormancy state. If want it back to work, just press the'Reset 'button or put the operation handle to right is OK, but it needs 1 minute to raise the temperature, so we need to wait.
Plug board must be grounded wire, when using welding machine.
You mustn't turn off the machine until the welding machine will completely cool down in a few minutes, then pull out the plug.
