This is an original chromolithograph print from The Grammar of Ornament by Owen Jones, specifically Plate Renaissance No. 1. I purchased it about 30 years ago at the Marché aux Puces de la Porte de Vanves flea market in Paris. The piece was originally intended for my design reference and has been carefully stored ever since.
It measures 9.125" × 13.125" (232 mm × 333 mm) and is in excellent vintage condition, especially considering its age. Please note that the brown edge is part of the stage background and not the frame.
Please also check out the other engravings and etchings I acquired during the same trip.
