The ship measures 18" long and about 3" wide.  I can't confirm if any pieces are missing.  Please review the photos.  

The base measures about 22 1/2" inches and about 5" wide.

The ship is mostly wood (except for the mast).  There is a tiny bit of wood showing at the tip where paint has chipped a tiny bit. The ship and the base are hand painted.  

The plastic case that covers the ship is cracked and taped.  It is not attached to the base.
