*WARNING, BEFORE REMOVING OR INSTALLING ANY COIN MECH OR BILL ACCEPTOR, SHUT OFF ALL POWER TO THE MACHINE. DO NOT TURN POWER BACK ON UNTIL ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE COIN MECH OR BILL ACCEPTOR HAVE BEEN PLUGGED IN. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE COULD CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE UNIT AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

All used COIN MECHS & BILL ACCEPTORS have been tested in actual machines. If the UNIT does not work upon arrival, we will replace it under our 60 day limited warranty once it has been returned to us for inspection. If the UNIT has been mishandled, damaged due to negligence or failure to turn power off before installing, the warranty will be voided. Should your machine have another problem and the COIN MECH OR BILL ACCEPTOR does not solve it, please remember that we do not accept returns on electronic parts. Should you order the wrong COIN MECH or BILL ACCEPTOR for your machine then we will gladly exchange it for the correct one providing you pay the shipping both ways.

Shipping:
·    The order will ship via the most economical service from UPS, FedEx, or USPS
·    Free Shipping offers only apply to orders within the continental United States.
·    If a package is received damaged you must keep the original box and all packing and contact us immediately. The shipment may have to be inspected by the Carrier for the insurance claim.
·    There will be no refund of shipping costs for refused shipments.

    Local Pick Up:
    ·    Local pick up is an option - we are located at 145 Pepes Farm Road, Milford, CT.  Please contact us for appointment.

    International Shipping:
    ·    International shipments are handled by eBay's Global shipping program.  The rates charged by eBay are quoted directly to you.  We do not have control over these rates.  However, orders placed through our websites are handled directly by Automated Services.

    Warranty:
    ·    All new products have a 30 day warranty, shipping not included.
    ·    Used items have no warranty but we guarantee items to be as described.

    Return Policy:
    ·    There is a 25% restocking fee to cover all associated cost and fees on accepted returns.*
    ·    You must contact us prior to returning an item or the item will be refused.
    ·    You are responsible for the item's return shipping and insurance cost.
    ·    The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in; we utilize labels and/or unique markings on our products.
