In addition to eBay's excellent buyer protection, we offer a comprehensive pledge to give you security with your purchase. We offer a 30 days warranty on most items. Replacements for faulty or failed items up to 30 days after delivery day. No quibble returns policy for items ordered by mistake.
Rapid exchange or replacement of items received as faulty or damaged.
In the unlikely event of a problem with the item you received, you must contact us immediately to action an exchange or replacement.
Engines and gearboxes are sold with 30 days warranty. The term engine refers to the cylinder head & block. Any ancillaries left on the engine, e.g. injectors, turbo, EGR, alternator, a/c compressor, timing chain, cam belt, are given free of charge and are not covered by warranty. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil and filter upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will render the guarantee/warranty null and void.
Gearboxes must be filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will render the guarantee/warranty null and void.
Any labour costs/charges involved with fitting, removal and/or changing of parts supplied by us are not covered by warranty/guarantee.
Returns:
All parts are security marked and photographed for evidence before despatch. If the returned part won t match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - the warranty will be voided, and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
When returning items for whatever reason, please ensure they are well packaged for transit purposes. If items are damaged upon return, no refund will be given.
No refunds will be issued until the original item has been received and inspected.
We operating Under the global accounting scheme, any purchases under £500 will not be eligible for VAT input tax claims, and will show as £0.00 claimable for VAT.
