Fender Custom Shop 1956 Stratocaster
A 1956 Stratocaster made by Fender Custom Shop has arrived.
Although the certificate is missing, there is a RELIC notation on the spring cavity, inside the body, and neck, and there is no sign of any original relic processing on the body, so it is likely to have been an NOS model.
It is a 1956 specification with a mixture of ash and alder, but this time it has an alder body.
A clear sound image with a pleasant middle peak, and a core tone with the edge of a single coil.
The sharp peak of the one-piece maple neck and the quick rise of the sound make it easier to understand the crisp sound typical of Fender.
It's good for clear lead playing, but it's a guitar with a gorgeous tone that can be used as a backing to add color to the accompaniment of a song.
The pickup is equipped with a black bobbin cross wire, and is probably a Custom'50s Single-Coil strat set.
It has been replaced with a 5-way selector and can now handle mix positions.
The V-shaped grip is carefully finished and has no areas of concern, making it comfortable and comfortable to play.
The 6th string side has a conduit running through it, and the 1st string side is a straight grained wood with a protruding grain, and the wood grain on the neck is beautiful.

Conductive paint is applied inside the body cavity.
There are traces of wiring removed on the back of the volume pot.
There are multiple rice-grain-sized dents on the body, and there are scratches on the end.
There are marks where the ground wire was screwed into the cavity of the assembly, and there is a scratch penetrating the body back about the size of a thumbtack at the end of the screw.
It appears that the paint is damaged, such as peeling or deterioration of the paint near the neck joint.
Frets remaining: about 80%
