1. Pour the cleaning agent or lubricating oil into the middle of the handle and handle cover, and shake the handle cover back and forth to pull out the handle cover for future use. If no longer needed, you can use a knife to cut and remove the handle cover. Remove the metal handles according to their respective methods.
2. Pull out the throttle cable from the throttle core before replacing the throttle core in the accessories. If the cable is too hard, it may be dangerous, you can pull it out after loosening the cable.
3. Loosen the pull wire inside the throttle core. If the throttle core is replaced, adjust the tightness of the pull wire to an appropriate tightness. During adjustment, confirm whether the throttle valve can operate smoothly.
4. Apply adhesive on the handle. If the adhesive is too thick, it may overbrim and cause stains. Please use cardboard or scraper to spread the adhesive thinly, and then insert the handle sleeve, there is a hexagonal screw on the side of the controller, be sure to loosen the screw before inserting it, and then tighten it.
5. After the power is turned on, the indicator blinks three times and enters the standby mode (the green light blinks - normal, and the red light blinks less than the working voltage). The heater has five gears of temperature adjustment, through the switch control, the light changes from blue to red, the output will increase gradually at the rate of 20% increments, if the light flickers or goes off, it means that the voltage decrease, you need to replace the battery or change the circuit.
