Important information for international buyers.
   Any customs or import duties are charged  once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

We send all items (UK and International) with Signed For service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order letting you know it is on its way. If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt. 

  If you are not completely happy with your item you can send it back for refund within 30 days of receiving. Please send us a message and you can open return request and follow the steps shows on eBay.

 Combine your postage and save money 

Please email with details of items you are interested in for discount postage cost. The maximum weight per order must be up to 2 kg. If your items are more than 2 kg, they will be send with second order.  We will send you invoice with new postage price.

Please do not pay before receive your invoice with combined items.
