-The rearview mirrors on both sides of this product have a 99% chance of falling off during transportation. If the rearview mirrors of the product you received fall off, you can use some glue to fix it. We have reported this problem to NOREV countless times, but they seem to be unable to solve it. 

1,The model is brand new, we must open it for inspection before sending it out, and take some necessary fixes and protections for the model to avoid damage to the model during transportation, so we cannot provide unopened products.

2,The model cannot be perfect, because it is assembled by workers by hand, so every model may have some defects, if you need a perfect product, the products in our store are not suitable for you.
