Orders under USD 2,500: Shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms).
All import duties, customs taxes, and related fees are covered by the seller, so you will not need to pay any extra charges upon delivery.

Orders over USD 2,500: Shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid, Incoterms).
In this case, import duties, customs taxes, and related fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Please contact me first for return before you ship it back to me.

All returned items must be the original condition.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the item. 

Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee of the returned item, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.  The item will be refunded.

 - Shipper and receiver details including email addresses and telephone numbers are mandatory
