By purchasing any item in our store, the following conditions of sale are accepted:

Billing: Eramoto SPARBI undertakes to observe the current legislation for distance sales. All prices are to be understood to the public and, therefore, including VAT. For the electronic invoicing of your purchase and necessary to make request at the time of purchase by eBay messaging and entering the data in the notes of your purchase, especially specifying your SDI code or your PEC.
Damage shipments: Upon receipt of the package, check well that the closures are intact and not cut and / or tampered with or that the package is not clearly damaged / open. You can accept a tampered package, but in signing the courier bulletin you have to indicate "it is accepted with reserve". In this way in case of missing or damaged goods it is possible to make a complaint to the courier for the refund. If you accept a tampered package without the wording "with reserve", you have no chance of making a complaint. So we repeat: before accepting the package, check the integrity of the same!
