I have no knowledge of what problems you might encounter with these being so far out of date. They are sealed in the factory bags, and I acquired them in the factory box which doesn't show any signs of being handled a lot. So, these were sitting undisturbed in a storage room for a long time. What would go wrong with these that they wouldn't give accurate results just sitting there? At the price of these, you could get one and check it against your current ones to see if you get the same results. If you do, then you know you don't have to worry about the so-called "EXP" date and can buy these at a very reasonable price.
