This is a heavy zip-front drawstring hoodie from Anta Sports.

It’s done in a tie-dye pattern of black, gray, pink, and white. The hoodie has long sleeves, ribbed cuffs and bottom, and two front pockets.

Size M, the chest is approx 23” across and the length is about 28”.
